From the time we are young, we learn about much of the world through our experiences with books. Much like yoga, great books help us discover who we are. We connect to words much as we do to the yoga poses, breath and relaxation on our mats.
This class for kids, ages 3 to 8 years old, will blend poses, breathing, art, relaxation AND literature. Through play, kids will learn to bring awareness to their bodies and minds in fun and interactive ways and explore tools to improve focus, manage emotions and relieve stress.
